Summer 2025 Practice Schedule:
We will start on Monday June 2 and go through Tuesday July 29. The weeks of June 30 - July 6 and July 20 - July 26 are dead weeks and no coaches can be at practices. Captains will still be holding their own practices on those days (no lifting during the dead periods).
Mondays: Hanes Park 7:30 AM to 9:20 AM
Lifting 8:45-9:20 AM
Tuesdays: Reynolda 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
Wednesdays: Reynolda 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
Thursdays: Hanes Park 7:30 AM to 9:20 AM
Lifting 8:45-9:20 AM
Fridays: Reynolda 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
Saturdays: Salem Lake 7:30 AM to 9:15 AM

Where do we meet?
Hanes Park - Meet at the Pavilion by the Hanes Park Track, behind Bryson Gym. Lifting will be done in the Reynolds Weight Room in Bryson Gym.
Reynolda - Meet at the Waterfall Field Parking Lot at Reynolda Village
Salem Lake - Meet at the Marina Parking Lot
